About Yosher
Growing shouldn't mean hiring an office.
Every business that gets good at its work eventually hits the same wall — not a shortage of customers, but the weight of running the place once you have them. Yosher exists to take that weight, wherever in your business it actually sits.

The problem
The overhead grows faster than the work.
Doubling the work rarely means doubling the revenue. It means more jobs to schedule, more people to keep pointed in the right direction, more orders in flight, more quotes, more change orders, more receipts, more chasing. Some of that happens on a job site or a shop floor. Some of it happens at a kitchen table at 9pm. Most owners absorb all of it personally, until they can't — and then they hire.
Hiring works, but it's expensive and slow, and it turns a business that was good at its craft into a business that also has to be good at managing an office. That trade catches a lot of people by surprise.
So we built the office instead — and the machinery around it. Software runs the volume wherever the volume actually is: tracking the work while it's happening, keeping the books current, getting the paperwork out, chasing what's owed. What's left is the small pile of decisions that really need a person, and that person is still you.
What we hold to
Four decisions that shape everything we build.
You switch on what you need, and nothing else
Every tool is a slot. It stays dark until it earns its place in your business, and you can see exactly what you're paying for. No bundle, no seats you forgot to cancel, no module you use twice a year.
Your business is not a template
Two companies in the same trade run differently, and software that ignores that gets abandoned next to a spreadsheet. So there are three layers: a core every business needs, a layer for what your kind of work needs, and a layer that is only yours. If what you need doesn't exist yet, we build it — as part of the platform, not as a one-off system that rots the day its developer moves on.
Your data is yours, and it's fenced off
Every business on the platform is isolated at the database level, not by a filter someone might forget to write. Client work sends from your domain and your name — we're the machinery behind it, not the brand on it.
Automate the volume, never the judgment
Categorizing a hundred transactions is volume. Deciding how to structure a contract is judgment. We're aggressive about the first and deliberately conservative about the second.
The fastest way to see if this fits.
